Whether it's your first time on a healing retreat, or the first time on a cruise ship, we've got you covered. There's so much to know, but the important thing to remember is we're doing this together. Here are some common and frequently asked questions. As others arise, know we are here to answer them.

What’s included in the retreat packages?

Each package includes workshops, healing sessions, and exclusive activations and an inside cabin at double occupancy. Upgrade cabins, single cabin rates and "Have it all" package are available at registration.

How do I reserve my cabin?

This enrollment comes with concierge service to reserve your cabin. At registration, you'll select a retreat package, then your choice of cabin. All upgrade with associated costs will be clearly marked. Your retreat price includes an inside cabin at the double occupancy rate.

Do you offer special dietary options?

Absolutely! Holland America is happy to accommodate dietary preferences such as vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free. Everything will be made to order or clearly labeled.

Is this retreat suitable for all fitness levels?

Yes! Activities are designed for all levels, with plenty of relaxation time. For many, activity ability increases with your healings.

What should I bring for the retreat?

A detailed packing list will be provided upon registration to help you prepare.

How big is the ship?

Designed to carry fewer guests while offering greater space, Zaandam is elegant and comfortable. Her décor is inspired by music and features musical instruments including signed guitars from Queen, Iggy Pop, Eric Clapton and the Rolling Stones and a Baroque-style pipe organ. While on board, rejuvenate with a spa treatment in the serene Greenhouse Spa & Salon®, indulge in a tantalizing meal at a fine dining restaurant or play a friendly game of pickleball at sea.

Do I need trip insurance?
